Does not work. Very dissatisfied.

I have used the online website and I absolutely love it. I have tried to use the app for hotels several times and it does not work. Ive emailed about the issue twice and still have not gotten a response in over a month. I would really love to use this app, but no one seems to respond about my issue or care to fix it.
